What My Buyers and Sellers Are Saying!

Had a horrible experience with this realtor. To give you context, I am from Florida and know nothing about Chicago. I also don't know anyone who lives there. Everything I know is from my own research which can only get you so far. Anyone can say anything online. I asked her about the safety of the area and her response was that she cannot give the crime stats of the area to which I responded I understand you can't go over specific stats can you at least go over the general area with me. She responds "You can google Ukranian Village" She also said "You should look things up like how far it is from your work, I don't know where you work." You don't think I looked that up??! That's why I am contacting you about the property, absolutely ridiculous. She also responds with "I am not trying to be smart with you" Every realtor I spoke to has given me the rundown of the area and their firsthand experience, what things are close by etc. I would have loved to hear firsthand from people who live in Chicago about their thoughts on the area local amenities, etc and not from some random on reddit. But this realtor's response was to tell me to "google it". I would also like to add she said "I'm sure you looked up the area that's why you're contacting me." Very unprofessional and rude.
