As a 40+ year residential income property owner/developer, I was very pleased with Lourdes' attention to detail and real estate acumen as she guided the sale of a multi-unit building from sale pre-planning to final closing. This property is located in Chicago's 606 TOPA boundary which now places onerous requirements on both Sellers and Buyers. Lourdes was able to grapple with the new ordinance's red tape while deftly communicating with tenants, Seller, Chicago Housing Department, and Buyer. While Lourdes has ably handled numerous condominium and SFH sales with which I have been involved, her efforts and knowledge in this difficult regulatory environment were expertly conducted.
