Contacted Lourdes on a weekend to set up a showing. She scheduled us for Tuesday. I arrived at the unit to find out it did not have a key element that was advertised, which is off-street parking. I drove 2 hours to see this unit and when I explained to her that I needed parking, she shrugged and said "yeah it was a mistake, I think I updated the ad yesterday." What she didn't update was me, the person she had set an appointment with over the weekend when the ad had the wrong information. She also just sat on the couch instead of giving an actual tour of the unit. All around her behavior and attitude demonstrated she really didn't care one way or another about renting the unit, or my time or needs. Extremely unprofessional.
